مستوحاة من فوانيس الصيد التقليدية اليابانية وصُممت من قبل فنان أمريكي ياباني رائد عام 1951، مصباح أكاري الأرضي مصنوع من ورق التوت الملصوق يدوياً على هيكل حديدي رقيق. يوازن بين الإضاءة والخفة الفيزيائية — مجسداً معنى اسمه ويوفر توهجاً ناعماً وغير مباشر يجعله مصباحاً وظيفياً وقطعة نحتية هادئة في أي ديكور معاصر.
