Discovery Call

A complimentary 30-minute conversation about your space, style, and budget. Share inspiration imagery, floor plans, and ceiling heights — we'll start mapping possibilities.

Day 1 · 30 minutes

Concept & Sketch

Our design team develops 1–3 concept directions based on your brief — hand sketches, dimensional studies, and a written quote with material breakdown.

Days 3–7 · No commitment yet

3D Rendering

Once you approve a direction, we produce a photorealistic 3D rendering of your fixture in your actual room — so you see exactly what arrives at your door. Always free, never rushed.

Days 8–14 · Free of charge

Production in Our Factory

A 50% deposit secures your spot in production. We document each milestone — material selection, framework welding, finish application, and final quality control — and share progress photos along the way.

Weeks 3–8 · Updates throughout

White-Glove Delivery

Final balance is invoiced before shipping. White-glove delivery is available in most U.S. metro areas — we'll schedule a window that works for your installer, and ensure every piece arrives flawless.

What You Can Customize

Six dimensions of complete control.

Every element of a Rayonshine fixture is open for adjustment. Modify a single detail or rebuild from the ground up — the choice is yours.

Dimensions

Diameter, height, drop length, canopy size — every measurement adjustable to fit your exact ceiling and proportions. Common requests include scaled-up chandeliers for foyers and reduced versions for low ceilings.

Material Choice

Swap alabaster for travertine, glass for silk, brass for blackened steel. Mix multiple materials in a single piece — we'll source and prototype anything within reason.

Finishes & Patinas

Standard library plus custom: hand-mixed brass patinas, oxidized blackened steel, cerused oak, smoked glass tints. Send a sample of your existing hardware and we'll match it.

Light Output

Specify exact lumen output, color temperature (2700K–4000K), beam angle, dimming protocol (TRIAC, 0–10V, DALI). Integrated LED or socketed bulbs — your call.

Form & Shape

Add or subtract arms, modify silhouettes, rearrange composition. From minor proportion tweaks to fully bespoke sculptures based on your sketch — we engineer it.

Compliance & Voltage

All custom orders ship UL/ETL-listed and configured for U.S. 110V–120V, 60Hz by default. Need 220V for an overseas project? IP65 for outdoor? Damp-rated for bathroom? We handle it.

What you might be wondering.

There's no minimum order for one-off custom pieces — we'll happily design a single bespoke fixture. For multi-fixture programs and trade orders, we have flexible volume thresholds; contact our trade desk for current details.
Yes — completely free, with no obligation. We provide one photorealistic 3D rendering of your fixture in your actual space before any production begins. If you don't love it, you don't proceed. We've earned more business by delivering quality renderings than any sales pitch could.
We can produce something inspired by a reference, in your dimensions and finishes, but we don't directly copy other designers' protected work. Send us your reference image plus what you'd want changed (proportions, materials, finishes), and we'll create something original built on the same aesthetic foundation.
Custom and bespoke pieces are non-returnable, since they're built specifically for you. This is exactly why we put so much weight on the 3D rendering and approval phase — once you sign off, we know we're building the right thing. If anything arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved spec, we replace it free of charge.
Standard custom projects: 50% deposit at production approval, 50% balance before shipping. Trade accounts may qualify for Net 30 terms after credit review. We accept all major U.S. payment methods including ACH bank transfer for larger projects.
Yes. While we focus on U.S. clients, we ship custom orders worldwide — Canada, U.K., Australia, the EU, and the Middle East are common destinations. We'll configure voltage and certifications to your country (220V CE-marked, etc.). International shipping rates and any duties are quoted upfront, never as a surprise.
