What is the shade and body made of?
Lacquered steel construction with a metal dome shade. The finish resists dust and requires only a soft dry cloth to wipe clean.
Can this lamp be dimmed?
Yes. Triac dimming is available as a build-to-order option. Let us know when you order and we'll wire it in for you.
Can I change the cord length?
Yes. The standard cord is 150 cm (59 inches) with an in-line switch, but we can make a different length to order. Just tell us your preferred drop when you checkout.
Will this work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
This is a table lamp, so it sits on a desk, nightstand, or shelf rather than mounting to a ceiling. It works on any flat surface.
Does it run on US household power?
Yes. It runs on AC 110–240V, so it works on standard US household current. Select the US plug (NEMA 5-15) at checkout.
