Enter your tracking number below to see live updates from every major US carrier — UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL — in one unified view. No carrier-hopping, no logging into three different sites.
Every Rayonshine order moves through five stages between the moment you check out and the moment your fixture arrives. Tracking events from every carrier map back to these five stages, so you always know where you are in the process.

Carrier tracking pages can read like a secret language. Here's what the most common statuses actually mean for your Rayonshine order, and what you should do (or not do) when you see each one.
Rayonshine ships through the four largest US parcel carriers, with carrier selected automatically based on your address, package size, and service speed. The 17TRACK widget above pulls live data from all of them — you don't need to know which one is carrying your order.
Ground and expedited service for most residential lighting orders. Reliable on the East Coast.
Home Delivery and Express options. Often used for time-sensitive or oversize chandeliers.
Priority and Ground Advantage for smaller items — sconces, bulbs, replacement parts, and accessories.
Last-mile partner for select rural and remote US destinations. Also our preferred international carrier.
Typical timeframes from order placement to doorstep, measured in business days. Actual delivery depends on your address, the size of your fixture, and current carrier capacity. Holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year) may add 1–3 days.
A few of the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, our team is one short email away.
Your tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout, typically within one business day of your order shipping. Check your inbox for an email titled "Your Rayonshine order has shipped" — and your spam folder, just in case. The tracking number is a string of letters and numbers near the top of the email. You can also find it by logging into your Rayonshine account and viewing your order history.
Usually no. Carriers don't scan packages at every checkpoint — long-haul truck moves can be silent for 24–72 hours. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 4 business days, that's worth investigating. Email support@rayonshine.com with your order number and we'll contact the carrier directly to locate your package.
First, check around your property — side entrances, neighbors' porches, building lobbies, and concierge desks. About 60% of "missing" packages turn up within a few hours. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact us. Stolen packages and confirmed missing deliveries are covered under our Safety Insurance when reported within 15 days of the delivery scan.
Once a package is in the carrier network, address changes are limited. UPS and FedEx both offer free address-update options through their websites for in-transit packages — usually within 50 miles of the original address. USPS does not allow address changes once shipped. If you need help, email us with your order number and new address and we'll attempt to coordinate the change.
Our primary fulfillment is in Baltimore, Maryland. Carriers route packages through major regional sort facilities — your package may scan in cities like Edison, NJ; Allentown, PA; Memphis, TN; or Indianapolis, IN as it moves through the network. These are normal carrier hubs, not signs that something is wrong.
"In Transit" means your package is somewhere in the carrier network — at a sort facility, on a long-haul truck, or being routed between hubs. "Out for Delivery" means your package is on the local delivery truck for that day, and will arrive at your address before evening (typically by 8 PM). Once you see "Out for Delivery," you can expect your package the same day.
Most Rayonshine orders do not require a signature. High-value orders (typically over $500) and oversized chandeliers may require an adult signature for delivery — you'll see this noted in your shipping confirmation email. If a signature is required and no one is home, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery on the next business day.
You'll receive email notifications at three key milestones: when your order ships, when it's out for delivery, and when it's delivered. For carrier-direct SMS updates, sign up at the carrier's website using the tracking number you received from us — UPS My Choice and FedEx Delivery Manager both offer free SMS alerts.
Try refreshing the page or opening the full-page tracker directly. If neither works, your browser may be blocking embedded content — check your privacy settings or try a different browser. As a last resort, paste your tracking number into the carrier's site directly (ups.com, fedex.com, usps.com) — or just email us and we'll look it up for you.
If your tracking looks stuck, your delivery date keeps slipping, or your package arrived and something isn't right — write to us directly. We have the carrier relationships to chase down lost packages, expedite replacements, and resolve most issues within one to two business days.
