Every piece is made to order in our workshop and shipped directly to you.

Shipping Options
Each region offers two shipping methods: Expedited and Standard. Exact costs are shown at checkout.
Standard shipping is free to the United States, Europe and the UAE. Shipping fees may apply to Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Mexico and Switzerland — the exact amount is shown at checkout.

Middle East Shipping Notice
Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, shipping routes to the region are disrupted. As a result, both freight costs and delivery times are currently affected by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Delivery times to Middle East destinations are estimates only, and actual delivery may take longer than usual.
Estimated delivery times from your order date (including production time):
- United Arab Emirates: Standard (sea freight) approximately 7–10 weeks; Expedited (air freight) approximately 4–6 weeks.
- Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman: Standard (sea freight) approximately 10–14 weeks; Expedited (air freight) approximately 4–6 weeks. \n
For these destinations, the estimated delivery times provided in this notice take precedence over any other delivery times shown elsewhere on this page or at checkout. Shipping rates remain as shown at checkout. Deliveries to other countries in the region may also experience delays. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you with an update.
Important for UK, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary: Please select Standard Shipping. Using expedited courier may trigger expensive import duties.
Customs, Duties and VAT
Import duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Address Changes
- Within 48 hours of ordering: changes can usually be made free of charge.
- After 48 hours: contact us at support@rayonshine.com immediately.
- After dispatch: rerouting fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Check your shipment at 17track.net or ups.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged or lost in transit: we will send a replacement at no charge.
- Marked as delivered but not found: contact the carrier within 7 days to open a trace.
- Failed delivery: return and reshipment costs are the buyer's responsibility. No restocking fee is charged.
Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to Afghanistan, most African countries, or most South American countries. Contact us if your country is not listed.
Delivery Guarantee
If we cannot deliver within 90 days, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Remote & rural areas in Canada
Free standard shipping applies to most Canadian addresses. Some rural or remote postal codes — for example, postal codes with 0 as the second character, and addresses in Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Prince Edward Island — are classified by our carriers as remote delivery areas. Standard shipping is still available to these addresses with a remote-area delivery fee: US$35 for orders up to US$1,500, US$50 up to US$3,000, US$80 up to US$6,000, and US$125 above US$6,000. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay, and expedited shipping to remote areas includes the same fee. Delivery to remote areas may take a few extra days.
