We operate warehouses in mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States, Vietnam, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days of purchase.
Shipping Options
Each region offers two shipping methods: Expedited and Standard. Exact costs are shown at checkout.
Standard shipping is free to the United States, Europe and the UAE. Shipping fees may apply to Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Mexico and Switzerland — the exact amount is shown at checkout.

Important for UK, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary: Please select Standard Shipping. Using expedited courier may trigger expensive import duties.
Customs, Duties and VAT
Import duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Address Changes
- Within 48 hours of ordering: changes can usually be made free of charge.
- After 48 hours: contact us at support@rayonshine.com immediately.
- After dispatch: rerouting fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Check your shipment at 17track.net or ups.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged or lost in transit: we will send a replacement at no charge.
- Marked as delivered but not found: contact the carrier within 7 days to open a trace.
- Failed delivery: return and reshipment costs are the buyer's responsibility. No restocking fee is charged.
Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to Afghanistan, most African countries, or most South American countries. Contact us if your country is not listed.
Delivery Guarantee
If we cannot deliver within 90 days, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
