We offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original, undamaged condition. Email support@rayonshine.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll handle the rest within one business day.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window they move into fulfilment. Contact us as early as possible via phone or email and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
