Is this hardwired, or does it plug in?
It's hardwired to your ceiling wiring, with no plug or cord. Given its size and the number of glass drops, we recommend installation by a licensed electrician to a ceiling box rated for the fixture's weight.
Do the glass drops come attached?
The 134 glass drops are usually packed separately to protect them in transit and hung on the frame during installation. Allow some extra time for this step.
Is it the right size for my room?
At 81 cm (31.9") across and 75 cm (29.5") tall, it suits dining tables of roughly 160–200 cm (63–79"), a large primary bedroom, or a foyer or living room with generous ceiling height.
What bulbs does it take?
It takes fifteen small E12 (candelabra) or E14 base bulbs, not included. Warm-white LEDs around 2700K bring out the pink glass; check the wattage limit printed on the fixture before buying.
Can the hanging height be adjusted?
It comes with a 50 cm (19.7") chain. For a vaulted ceiling or two-story foyer, contact our team before ordering — longer lengths are available on request.
How do I clean the glass drops?
Turn it off and let it cool, then wipe the drops with a soft, dry cloth or dust them with a feather duster. Avoid spraying cleaners directly onto the fixture.
