Each Cloud Chandelier is composed of hand-frosted glass orbs, packed with care. Despite our packaging, transit accidents can occasionally happen — so every chandelier is shipped with spare glass orbs for easy in-place replacement. If a glass orb is broken, simply use the included spare. If the spares are not enough, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

The Cloud Chandelier is a sculptural cluster of glass orbs, each hand-frosted to create the irregular surface texture once perfected by 19th-century glassmakers. Three central light sources (E26/E27) cast a warm glow that refracts gently through the surrounding orbs — softening the light and turning the chandelier into a glowing, weightless cloud overhead. Available in five sizes, from a 19-orb cluster to a dramatic 73-orb composition.

A 19th-Century Technique, by Hand
Each orb hand-frosted, no two alike.
Each glass orb is individually hand-frosted to create an irregular, slightly cloudy surface — a deliberate echo of the frosting techniques perfected in 19th-century European glassmaking. No two orbs are identical: subtle variation in opacity, surface texture, and edge feel is intrinsic to the craft, and is what gives the Cloud chandelier its quietly hand-made character.

Each 12 cm glass orb is individually hand-frosted, echoing 19th-century European glassmaking. Slightly irregular, organically textured — every one is unique.
Three Light Sources
Three central E26/E27 bulbs sit at the heart of every cluster. Light radiates outward and refracts through the surrounding orbs — softer, warmer, multidimensional.
Machined Metal Frame
A precision metal and aluminium armature holds the cluster in suspension. Choose from Gold, Black, or Chrome to match your interior hardware palette.

Indoor use only. Cloud is designed for dry interior environments and is not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms, or outdoor installations. Avoid mounting directly above heat sources or steam-producing appliances.
08 Installation Setup Notes
- Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended for safe mounting, wiring, and grounding. Ensure the ceiling junction box is rated for the chandelier's weight (up to 13 kg for the 73 heads version).
- Flat ceilings only. The mounting plate requires a level mounting surface — sloped or vaulted ceilings are not compatible without a specialised adapter (not included).
- Standard rod length is 15 cm (5.9″). Longer or shorter drops can be supplied on request — please specify when ordering for stairwells, double-height rooms, or atrium installations.
- Unpack carefully. Inspect the box for spare glass orbs, included with every chandelier (see the spare table above). Keep them safely stored — they are designed for in-place replacement should an orb ever be damaged.
- Install 3 bulbs, E26 or E27 base. A warm white LED (2700K–3000K, 5–8 W) gives the most flattering glow refracted through the frosted glass cluster.
- For dimming, pair dimmable LED bulbs with a TRIAC-compatible dimmer switch on the wall circuit.
- Handle individual orbs with clean, dry hands. Should an orb need replacement, switch off the power, allow bulbs to cool, and gently fit the spare orb in place.
09 Questions Frequently Asked
What if a glass orb arrives broken or breaks later?
Every chandelier ships with spare glass orbs included — the 19/25/31/73 heads versions include 2 spares each, the 37 heads version includes 1 spare. If an orb is damaged in transit or breaks during use, simply replace it with a spare. If the included spares are not enough, please contact us and we will do our best to help with additional replacements.
Why do the orbs look slightly different from each other?
That's the signature of the craft. Each orb is hand-frosted using a 19th-century glassmaking technique, so subtle variations in opacity, surface texture, and frosting depth are intrinsic — not a defect. The slight irregularity is what gives the Cloud chandelier its softly hand-made, organic character. Every cluster is unique.
How many bulbs does it use?
Each Cloud chandelier — regardless of size — uses 3 central E26 or E27 bulbs. The light from the three bulbs refracts outward through the surrounding cluster of frosted orbs, creating an even, multidimensional glow.
Are bulbs included?
No. You'll need to source 3 × E26 or E27 base bulbs separately. We recommend warm white dimmable LEDs (2700K–3000K, 5–8 W each) for the most flattering glow through the frosted glass and the lowest heat output near the orbs.
Is the chandelier dimmable?
Yes. The chandelier works with standard household switches and is compatible with dimmers. Install dimmable LED bulbs and pair them with a TRIAC-compatible dimmer switch (e.g. Lutron Skylark, Leviton Decora). The chandelier itself does not have a built-in dimmer.
Which size should I choose?
The smaller models suit different rooms: 19 heads works for a small dining table, foyer, or bedroom; 25 heads and 31 heads for a standard dining or living room; 37 heads for a more generous dining table or a great room; 73 heads is a statement piece for a stairwell, double-height entry, or hospitality space. Heights range from 75 cm to 150 cm — please ensure your ceiling has clearance.
Can I install Cloud on a sloped ceiling?
No. Cloud is designed for flat ceilings only. The mounting plate requires a level surface, and the cluster needs to hang straight for the visual effect. For sloped installations, a specialised adapter would be required and is not included.
Can I request a longer or shorter suspension rod?
Yes. The standard rod is 15 cm (5.9″), but custom lengths are available on request — ideal for stairwells, atria, or low-ceiling installations. Please specify your preferred drop length when placing your order.
Do I need a professional electrician to install this?
Yes, we strongly recommend a licensed electrician. The chandelier is hardwired, requires a junction box rated for its weight (especially the 13 kg 73 heads version), and must be properly grounded. A professional will also ensure correct dimmer compatibility if you plan to use one.
How do I clean the frosted glass orbs?
With the power off and the bulbs cool, gently dust each orb with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth (water only) and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive sponges, ammonia-based glass cleaners, and strong solvents — they can dull or etch the hand-frosted surface.
Can I use it in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. Cloud is for dry indoor use only. Avoid bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens with high steam exposure, covered porches, or any outdoor environment. Also keep it away from radiators and direct heat sources.
