No. You'll need to purchase an E26 or E27 base bulb separately. Any wattage your electrician recommends for your circuit will work.
Can I install this on a dimmer?
No. This fixture works only with standard on/off household switches, not dimmers.
What's the difference between the two sizes?
Small (6.3" wide) fits tight spaces and above narrow tables. Large (7.5" wide) makes a stronger visual statement on wider walls. Both projects the same depth.
