The Kimpton is a cylindrical brass wall sconce with an illuminated lantern body—the smaller version (17 cm wide) suits tight entries, the taller version (22 cm) commands hallway walls with presence. Is this suitable for a bathroom or outdoor patio?
Bathroom: not recommended—high humidity can corrode brass. Outdoor: indoor-rated only; do not install in weather exposure. Works in covered entryways with roof protection.
Can I dim this sconce?
No. It works with standard household wall switches only. Dimmer switches are not compatible.
