The Artemide stands 48 inches tall with a 6.5-inch-diameter cylindrical shade—substantial enough to anchor a corner or reading zone without dominating the room. Will this floor lamp work in my bedroom for reading?
It's suited for ambient mood lighting rather than focused reading. The 5W warm glow works best for winding down; bring a separate task lamp if you need to read text.
Can I change the color of the light from warm to cool?
No. The LED is fixed at 3000K warm white. Color temperature cannot be adjusted.
How stable is the tripod base on carpet?
Stable. The four angled legs splay wide (roughly 12 inches apart) and lock into position. Carpet or hardwood both work; a level floor prevents tilt.
What plug type do I need to order?
