Can I move the shade around?

No. You need to buy a G9 base bulb separately. Any standard G9 LED or halogen bulb will fit.

Will this fit in a low-ceiling room?
At 165cm tall, measure your ceiling height first. It needs roughly 180–190cm of clear space to account for the bulb and safe clearance above.
