What is the shade made of?
The 40cm sphere is white acrylic that diffuses light evenly in all directions with no glare or harsh shadows. The stand is chrome metal.
Can it be dimmed?
Yes. We build this lamp to order with triac dimming available as a custom option, so you can dial the light up or down to suit your mood.
Can I change the cord length?
The standard cord is 150cm long. We can build a custom length to fit your space—just let us know what you need at checkout.
Will it work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
This is a floor lamp, so ceiling pitch doesn't apply. It stands on the floor on a 40cm-wide chrome base and reaches 120cm tall.
Does it run on US household power?
Yes. The lamp accepts AC 110–240V. You'll choose your plug type at checkout—US (NEMA 5-15P), UK, EU, or AU—and plug it into a standard outlet. Bulb not included; use any E27 or E26 base bulb up to 60W equivalent.
