A slim frosted glass shade rises from a weathered brass base, and a built-in warm 3000K LED casts a soft, vertical glow. Is this hardwired, or does it plug in?
It's hardwired, with no plug or cord, and is controlled by a standard wall switch. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
Do I need to buy a bulb?
No. The light source is a built-in LED in warm white (3000K). There are no bulbs or sockets, and the LED is not user-replaceable.
Is it bright enough for reading?
It's designed for soft ambient and mood lighting rather than focused task light. For bedside reading, pair it with a directional lamp or sconce.
Can I use this in a bathroom or powder room?
It's rated IP20, meaning dry indoor locations only — it isn't sealed against moisture or steam, so it's not suited to bathrooms, powder rooms near water, or other damp areas.
How do I clean the glass?
Turn it off and let it cool, then wipe the glass with a soft cloth. Wipe the brass base with a dry cloth, avoiding harsh cleaners.
