Is this a plug in wall sconce or hardwired?
Hardwired only. It connects directly to your home's electrical wiring and is controlled by a standard wall switch. It does not plug in.
Can I use this wall sconce in a bathroom?
Yes, it works in bathrooms. It is not waterproof, so keep it away from direct shower spray and high-moisture areas. Mount it on the wall above a vanity or mirror, away from the tub or shower enclosure.
What size bulbs does it take and are they included?
It takes E12 or E14 candelabra-base bulbs (sold separately). The single-shade model uses 1 bulb; the dual-shade model uses 2. We recommend warm white 2700K for bedroom and bathroom use.
Do I need a professional to install this, and how do I choose between single and dual?
Yes, a licensed electrician should install it—it requires connecting to your home's wall switch circuit. Choose single-shade (5.9″ wide) for a narrow space or nightstand. Choose dual-shade (13″ wide) to flank a larger mirror, bed, or hallway.
