A soaring cylindrical wall sconce that floats with quiet presence — refined lighting in the spirit of a more glamorous era.
Levitate captures the glamorous design cues of a bygone era and reduces them to a single vertical gesture: a long, slender cylindrical glass shade rising from a precisely machined metal base. A focused GU10 spotlight sits hidden in the base and projects light upward through the chosen glass — illuminating the shade's colour from within and producing soft glowing edges along the cylinder. Mounted in pairs flanking a bed, lined down a hallway, or set beside framed art, Levitate reads less as a fitted lamp and more as a thin column of light that floats on the wall.

A slender 48 cm cylindrical glass tube — the silhouette signature of the design. Available in seven shade colours, each with its own optical character: Clear and Frosted White for diffused brightness; Amber, Smoke Gray, Green, and Sky Blue for atmospheric coloured glow.
Machined Metal Base
Precisely machined iron and metal hardware finishes the wall plate and houses the GU10 socket. Three architectural finishes — Gold, Black, Sand Nickel — tune the lamp to almost any interior palette.
GU10 Spotlight
A focused GU10 bulb (sold separately) projects directional light up through the glass — illuminating the shade colour and creating soft glowing edges. The spotlight format is what gives Levitate its luminous, lit-from-within character at any glass colour.

08 Installation Setup Notes
- Hardwired wall installation — a licensed electrician is recommended for safe mounting, wiring, and grounding.
- Fits a standard single-gang wall box. All mounting hardware is included in the box.
- Install a GU10 base bulb (sold separately). A warm white LED GU10 (2700K–3000K, 4–6 W) gives the most flattering glow through any glass colour and runs cool — important inside a glass enclosure.
- Mount the sconce vertically so the cylindrical glass aligns straight up-and-down — its soaring proportions are the signature of the design.
- Works on AC 110–240V worldwide with standard household on/off switches. To dim, install a TRIAC dimmer on the wall circuit and pair with a dimmable LED GU10 bulb.

How many combinations are available?
Twenty-one in total. Each of the three metal finishes (Gold, Black, Sand Nickel) can be paired with any of the seven glass shade colours (Clear, Frosted White, Amber, Smoke Gray, Green, Sky Blue, Milky White). Specify both at checkout.
What bulb does it use?
A GU10 spotlight base bulb, sold separately. Recommended: warm white LED GU10, 2700K–3000K, 4–6 W. The GU10's directional beam is what produces Levitate's "lit-from-within" character through the glass.
Which glass colour gives the most light?
Clear and Frosted White transmit the most light — Clear is more directional, Frosted White most evenly diffused. Milky White is similarly soft but slightly creamier. Tinted options (Amber, Smoke Gray, Green, Sky Blue) cast an atmospheric coloured glow rather than maximum brightness.
What's the difference between Frosted White and Milky White?
Frosted White has a slightly translucent, glassy finish — light reads as soft and luminous through the body of the glass. Milky White is more opaque with a creamier surface, presenting Levitate as a clean white sculptural cylinder even when unlit.
Is the sconce dimmable?
There is no built-in dimmer. To dim, install a dimmable LED GU10 bulb and pair with a TRIAC-compatible dimmer switch on the wall circuit.
Where does Levitate work best?
In dry indoor settings — bedrooms (often mounted in pairs flanking a bed), hallways and corridors, dining room walls, entry halls, and beside framed art. Allow at least 30 cm of clear wall on each side so the vertical silhouette has room to read.
Can I install Levitate in a bathroom?
No. Levitate is IP20-rated for dry indoor use only — not certified for bathrooms, wet rooms, saunas, or any high-moisture environment. Most jurisdictions require IP44 or higher for bathroom mirror/vanity sconces.
Can it be installed horizontally?
We strongly recommend vertical installation. The "soaring cylindrical form" is the signature of the design, and the glass and base are engineered for upright orientation. Horizontal mounting compromises both the visual effect and bulb cooling.
Does it work on both 110V and 220V?
Yes. Levitate supports full-range AC 110–240V and is certified for North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. Just pair it with a GU10 bulb rated for your local voltage.
Do I need a professional electrician?
Yes, we strongly recommend a licensed electrician. Levitate is hardwired, requires a properly grounded wall junction box, and must be securely mounted to the wall.
How do I clean the glass and metal?
With the power off and bulb cool, wipe the glass tube with a soft dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, lightly dampen with water only. Wipe the metal base with a dry microfibre — avoid abrasive sponges, solvents, and household sprays, which can dull the finish.
Will customs duties be charged on delivery?
The price at checkout does not include customs duties, local taxes, VAT, or import costs — these may be collected by the courier on delivery, depending on your country.
