No. It takes an E27 or E26 screw-base bulb (standard size). Bring any 60W incandescent or equivalent LED from home.

Yes. The brass or black head rotates on the T-arm and tilts up or down so you direct light onto a book, desk, or seating area.
Will it tip over on carpet?
The 25cm base is weighted to resist tipping on carpet and hard floors under normal use. Do not hang anything from the arm.
