The Ellison is a 10-inch-wide brass sconce with two rows of fluted glass tubes that throw warm, dimmable light across a wall. It reads as a refined accent—not overpowering—and works in mid-century, transitional, or contemporary rooms. Confirm your wall box accepts hardwired installation before ordering.
Clear textured glass diffuses light evenly. Two stacked rows create depth without bulk. Rows slide over brass posts for a clean, composed look.
Solid brass caps and posts age naturally. Not lacquered—expect patina over time if you prefer that character.
Warm glow scales with dimmer switches. Works on standard wall circuits. Takes E12 or E14 bulbs (sold separately).
Can I install this as a plug-in sconce?
No. This is hardwired only. It must connect to an in-wall electrical box and existing wall switch. A licensed electrician is recommended for installation.
What bulbs do I need?
Two bulbs with E12 or E14 base. Warm white (2700K) LED or incandescent work best. Bulbs are sold separately; check the product spec sheet for exact wattage limits.
Will the brass tarnish?
Yes. Unlacquered brass develops a natural patina over months or years. If you prefer shiny brass, polish it regularly or request a protective coating before installation.
Is this dimmable?
Yes, if your wall switch is a standard dimmer. The fixture itself has no dimmer built in—control happens through the wall switch.
