Is this hardwired, or does it plug in?

It plugs in with a cord and switch — no wiring or electrician needed, even for the larger clustered arrangement.

Are bulbs included?

No. Each shade takes its own E26 or E27 base bulb, sold separately. The maximum bulb wattage varies by size — check the Size section before buying bulbs.

What's the difference between the single and clustered versions?

The single pendant is a compact 28.5 cm shade, good for a focused drop over a reading nook. The clustered version is a much larger 83 cm arrangement dropping 280 cm, built for a vaulted entryway or dramatic multi-shade display.

Can I use this in a bathroom?

It's rated IP20, meaning indoor use only and not sealed against moisture or splashing — keep it clear of direct water contact.

How do I clean the silk shade?

Dust gently with a soft, dry brush. Avoid water and household cleaners on the silk, and always unplug before cleaning.
