01 Overview Light Strung Like Pearls
Spheres of light strung along a brass spine — flexible by design, hung from one point or two, or linked into runs that span entire rooms.
Pearl Necklace is a modular LED chandelier built from 8 cm acrylic spheres connected by polished brass joints. Each sphere conceals an integrated LED, forming a continuous strand of light along a flexible spine. The system is designed for installation flexibility — suspended from a single point as a vertical pendant, draped between two ceiling anchors, linked end-to-end with additional necklaces for longer runs, or laid horizontally across a piece of furniture. Nine standard configurations range from a 21-head, 170 cm horizontal piece to a 360-head, 9-meter ceiling sweep, with a choice of white or clear acrylic spheres and warm or cool light.

One material pairing, two shade options. Pearl Necklace pairs polished brass joints in a warm gold finish with 8 cm acrylic spheres in your choice of white (soft, opaque glow) or clear (visible filament, jewel-like sparkle). Acrylic was chosen over glass for impact resistance, even diffusion, and lower weight — important for the larger configurations that string hundreds of spheres along a single spine.

White diffuses the LED into a soft, opaque glow — the spheres read as solid pearls of light. Clear allows the LED filament to show through — producing a sparkling, jewel-like point. Warm Light (≈2700K–3000K) flatters living and dining spaces; Cool Light (≈4000K–5000K) suits kitchens, offices, and entries. Both shade and color temperature are fixed at the factory once specified at order.
04 Standard Size Nine Configurations
Models 1–4 hang as vertical pendants. Models 5–9 are horizontal or draped runs. All models share the same 8 cm acrylic sphere — only head count and overall span vary. Custom configurations (different head counts, mixed sphere sizes, non-standard spans) are available on request for project work.

05 Materials & Craft Three Pillars
8 cm Acrylic Spheres
Each pearl is an 8 cm acrylic ball in white or clear. Acrylic was chosen for its impact resistance, even diffusion, and lower weight versus glass — essential for the larger configurations strung with hundreds of spheres along a single brass spine.
Polished Brass Joints
Solid brass connectors in a warm gold finish link each pearl to the next. The joints are designed to be linkable end-to-end, allowing necklaces to be combined for longer runs, looped between ceiling points, or draped across furniture. Brass ages gracefully and never plates flake.
Integrated LED · Hidden
LEDs are concealed inside each sphere — no visible bulb, no replacement compatibility issues. Pre-wired at the factory with your chosen warm or cool color temperature, rated for tens of thousands of hours of continuous use.

08 Installation Setup Notes
- Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended for safe mounting, wiring, and grounding.
- The canopy is sloped-ceiling adaptable up to 30°. For steeper slopes, contact us before ordering to specify a custom canopy or alternative mounting approach.
- Larger models require additional ceiling support. Models 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9 may need multiple ceiling anchor points or a reinforced junction box — confirm structural capacity before installation.
- Do NOT install on a dimmer circuit. The integrated LED is incompatible with TRIAC and other dimmer types — installing on a dimmer may cause flicker, hum, or premature LED failure.
- Acrylic handling. Unpack each sphere carefully; handle with clean, dry hands and avoid impact during installation. Do not use ammonia-based cleaners or solvents on acrylic surfaces.
- The chandelier can be installed as a vertical pendant from one point, draped between two ceiling anchors, or linked end-to-end with additional necklaces — follow the included Assembly Instructions for the configuration ordered.

What are the spheres made of?
Each sphere is an 8 cm acrylic ball available in white or clear. Acrylic was chosen for its impact resistance, even light diffusion, and lower weight compared to glass — important for the larger configurations that string hundreds of spheres along a single spine.
How many configurations are available?
Nine standard configurations. Models 1–4 hang as vertical pendants ranging from 36 heads (80×150 cm) up to 308 heads (100×900 cm). Models 5–9 are horizontal or draped runs from 21 heads (170×60 cm) up to 360 heads (900×140 cm). All models share the same 8 cm acrylic sphere — only head count and overall span vary.
Can I combine multiple necklaces?
Yes. The brass joints are designed to link end-to-end — necklaces can be attached for longer runs, looped between two ceiling anchor points, or draped across furniture. Custom arrangements with mixed sphere sizes and textures are also available on request for project work.
What's the difference between Warm Light and Cool Light?
Warm Light produces a soft, honey-toned glow (≈2700K–3000K) suited to bedrooms, dining areas, and living rooms where a cozy ambient quality is preferred. Cool Light produces a brighter, more daylight-neutral tone (≈4000K–5000K) suited to kitchens, offices, and entries where clarity and visibility take priority. The color temperature is selected at order and fixed at the factory.
What's the difference between White and Clear acrylic spheres?
White acrylic balls diffuse the LED into a soft, opaque glow — the spheres appear as solid pearls of light. Clear acrylic balls allow the LED filament to be visible through the sphere — producing a more sparkling, jewel-like point of light. Both share the same brass joint and 8 cm diameter.
Is the chandelier dimmable?
No. The integrated LED operates at fixed brightness on standard household on/off switches and is NOT compatible with TRIAC or other dimmer types. Installing on a dimmer circuit may cause flicker, hum, or premature LED failure.
Can it install on a sloped ceiling?
Yes — the canopy is adaptable for sloped ceilings up to 30°. For steeper slopes, contact us before ordering to specify a custom canopy or alternative mounting approach.
Do I need to replace bulbs?
No. The LEDs are integrated and concealed inside each acrylic sphere — there are no replaceable bulbs. Pre-wired at the factory with your chosen color temperature, rated for tens of thousands of hours of continuous use.
Can I install in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. Pearl Necklace is IP20-rated for dry indoor use only — not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms, saunas, covered porches, or outdoor environments. For damp or wet locations, an IP44 or higher fixture is required by code in most jurisdictions.
What ceiling height does the largest model need?
Model 3 (308 heads) hangs 9 meters — intended for atriums, stairwells, and double-height entries. Model 4 (130 heads) at 2.8 meters suits standard double-height rooms. Models 1, 2, and 5–9 work in standard 8–10-foot ceiling rooms. Confirm ceiling height and structural support before specifying the largest models.
Can I use it on both 110V and 220V circuits?
Yes. The fixture supports full-range AC 110–240V and is certified for use in North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East — no additional transformer is required regardless of region.
How do I clean the acrylic spheres?
With the power off and the fixture cool, dust each sphere gently with a soft dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth (water only, or a drop of pH-neutral soap) and dry immediately. Avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners, solvents, and abrasives — these will haze or scratch acrylic surfaces.
