Is this hardwired, or does it plug in?
It's hardwired to your ceiling wiring, with no plug or cord. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
Will it work with a low ceiling?
Yes. It measures just 35 cm (13.8") from the ceiling to the bottom of the glass, including the 10 cm rod — a good fit for standard 8 ft (2.4 m) ceilings. A longer rod is available on request for higher ceilings.
What bulb does it take?
It takes one small E12 (candelabra) or E14 base bulb, not included. A warm-white LED around 2700K gives the glass petals a soft glow; check the wattage limit printed on the fixture before buying.
Can I use this in a bathroom or powder room?
It's rated IP20, meaning dry indoor locations only — it isn't sealed against moisture or steam, so it's not suited to bathrooms or powder rooms.
How do I clean the glass petals?
Turn it off and let it cool, then wipe each petal with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can dull the textured glass and chrome finish.
