How many bulbs does this wall sconce take?
Each bulldog head holds 2 bulbs. The single version (Dia 41cm / 1) uses 2 bulbs total; the double version (Dia 41cm / 2) uses 4 bulbs. Bulbs are not included.
What kind of bulbs fit the Amsterdam sconce?
E26 or E27 Edison-base bulbs. Standard incandescent and LED replacements both work. Warm white (2700K) highlights the dog's expression best.
Can I use a dimmer switch with this wall sconce?
No. This fixture works only with standard on/off household switches. It is not dimmer-compatible.
Do I need an electrician to install this?
Yes. The Amsterdam is hardwired and requires professional electrical installation. It cannot be plugged in.
