Do I need an electrician to install this?
Yes. This fixture is hardwired, not plug-in — it wires into your ceiling electrical box and connects to a wall light switch. Professional installation is recommended.
Can I replace the bulb?
No. Both light sources are integrated — there's no bulb to buy, swap, or match. When the LEDs eventually reach end of life, the fixture itself would need replacing.
What are the two light sources for?
The 12W light glows through the silk shade for soft ambient light, and the separate 5W downlight below adds more focused, functional light for a counter or table.
Does it work with a dimmer switch?
No. It's not compatible with dimmer switches.
How do I clean the silk shade?
Dust gently with a soft, dry brush. Avoid water and household cleaners on the silk, and always turn off power before cleaning.
