Yes, or you must be competent with hardwired electrical work. This fixture does not plug in; it requires permanent wall connection to an existing switch circuit.

E12 or E14 base bulbs (candelabra or European small screw). Bulb not included; choose 2700K–3000K for warm ambient light.
Can I use this in a bathroom or near water?
No. IP20 rating means it is not waterproof. Install in dry interior spaces only, away from shower spray and high humidity.
