Q: How do I order the sloped-ceiling version?

Place your order as normal, then email us with your order number and note that you need the sloped-ceiling universal head. We'll record the request and include the correct pivoting hardware with your shipment — at no additional charge . We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of ordering, before the shipment is prepared.

Q: Which drop length should I choose?

For standard 2.4–2.6 m (8–8.5 ft) ceilings, the 30 cm default bar usually works well over a dining table or entry. For lower ceilings , use the 20 cm bar alone. For higher ceilings or double-height rooms , combine both bars into 50 cm, or request a custom length. Remember: the standard "bottom of chandelier to tabletop" distance is around 75–90 cm (30–36") over a dining table.

Q: Gold & White or Black & White — which should I choose?

Gold & White is warm and jewel-box — the gold arms pair beautifully with brass hardware, walnut wood, and warm neutral interiors, and the frosted white globes glow especially well against the warm metal. Black & White is graphic and architectural — the black arms pair with modern, minimal, or black-metal-heavy interiors. Black also recedes visually, so the white globes and the light itself become the focal point rather than the arms.

01 Overview Curvaceous, Quietly Glowing

Curling gooseneck arms radiate from a central canopy, each ending in a softly frosted globe — a chandelier that reads as much as sculpture as light fixture.

The Gooseneck Chandelier draws from the playful, curvaceous chandelier tradition developed by contemporary New York design studios. Slender metal arms — available in warm gold or graphic black — sweep outward from a compact ceiling canopy, each terminating in a salt-blasted glass globe. The matte, finely textured surface of the glass diffuses the bulb into a soft, even warmth — no harsh hotspots, no glare. The result is a piece that animates a room without demanding it: decorative but restrained, confident but quiet.

Slender, curling metal arms — in gold or black — radiate from the central canopy in a soft, quietly dynamic geometry. Hand-shaped curves give each arm a subtly different gesture.

Salt-Blasted Glass Globes

Each globe is finished with a salt-blasted surface — a fine, matte texture that gently diffuses the bulb into soft, even warmth. No hotspots, no glare, a quietly frosted glow.

Adjustable Rod System

08 Installation Setup Notes

Hardwired ceiling installation — a licensed electrician is recommended for safe mounting, wiring, and grounding.
Watch the assembly videos before starting. We recommend the Assembly Guide and the Installation video — they cover arm attachment, rod assembly, and canopy mounting.
Unbox carefully. The chandelier ships in a compact box (L 66 × W 63 × H 38 cm) with the arms and globes packed separately — unpack each globe with clean, dry hands to avoid marking the salt-blasted surface.
Choose your rod configuration. Use the 20 cm bar alone for low ceilings, the 30 cm bar alone for standard installations, or combine them into a 50 cm rod for higher ceilings. For custom drop lengths, specify at order.
Sloped ceiling? If you ordered with the sloped-ceiling universal head, use that in place of the standard flat head. If you did not request it in advance, contact us with your order number to arrange a replacement head.
Install E12 or E14 candelabra-base bulbs (sold separately). Warm white LED candelabra bulbs (2700K–3000K, 3–5 W each) give the most flattering glow through the salt-blasted glass.
For dimming, pair dimmable LED bulbs with a TRIAC-compatible dimmer switch on the wall circuit.
Install the globes last — hand-tighten only. Forcing them can stress the glass.

No. The Gooseneck is for dry indoor use only. Keep away from moisture, steam, and direct heat sources — not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms, covered porches, or any outdoor environment.

How do I clean the glass and metal?

With the power off and the bulbs cool, dust the arms and globes gently with a soft dry microfiber cloth. For the salt-blasted glass, avoid damp cloths where possible — the matte surface can show water marks if not dried immediately. For the gold or black metal arms, use a dry cloth only; avoid solvents, ammonia-based cleaners, and abrasive sponges as these will damage the finish.
