Do I need a licensed electrician to install this?
Yes. This fixture is hardwired and requires connection to your ceiling electrical box. Installation should be done by a licensed electrician.
What bulbs should I buy?
You need 15 bulbs with E12 or E14 bases. LED or incandescent both work. For warm ambiance, choose 2700K color temperature. Lower wattage (40–60W equivalent) creates soft light; higher wattage brightens the room.
How much headroom does this take up?
The fixture extends 15 inches down from your ceiling. Make sure your ceiling height allows at least 7–8 feet of clearance below for comfortable head room in the room.
Can I use this in a bathroom or kitchen with steam?
No. This fixture is rated for dry indoor locations only and is not waterproof. Use it in living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms away from moisture.
