Can I use this lamp in the UK or Europe?

How much desk space does the Lento need?
The base is compact and circular. The arm swings 35cm out, so measure that distance from the lamp's center to see if it clears your keyboard or monitor.
Does the shade angle or move?
The whole lamp head rotates and pivots on the swing arm, so you can point light down onto your work surface or up toward a wall.
