08Questions
Do bulbs come with the chandelier?
No. You supply E12 or E14 base bulbs separately. Dimmers work fine.
Can I use this on a sloped ceiling?
No. Hardwired installation requires a flat ceiling. Confirm your ceiling type before purchase.
What's the difference between Clear Iridescent and Pink Iridescent?
Clear Iridescent shows subtle rainbow tones across the discs. Pink Iridescent has a warm pink base with rainbow shimmer.
Can I request a longer hanging chain?
Yes. Contact support with your custom length and we can adjust it before shipping.
Rayonshine · Murano Glass Series
Glass that remembers the hand that shaped it
Hand-blown on a Venetian lagoon island. No two chandeliers leave the furnace identical.
1291Year glassmaking moved to Murano

100%Hand-formed glass
A seven-century workshop
In 1291 Venice moved its furnaces to one island. The glass never left.
Murano glass is a way of working: molten glass shaped by a maestro, breath and hand, exactly as it has always been.
Each element is formed while glowing, then annealed slowly for strength. The result has a soft, liquid surface machine-pressed glass can't copy.

The series up close
Nine ways to catch the light
Petals, discs, teardrops, clouds — each one shows the marks of its making.
Small bubbles and uneven edges are not defects. They are the signature of the maestro.
From furnace to ceiling
Four steps, all of them by hand
Minutes to shape, a full day to cool. No fast version.
Gather
Molten glass collected at 1,100°C and centred on a steel marver.
Blow & shape
The maestro shapes each petal, leaf or disc by hand.
Colour
Mineral oxides melted into the batch — colour that never fades.
Anneal
24 hours cooling in a lehr for lasting strength.
Each element is made individually — expect slight variation in size, shade and shape.
Assembled and inspected before packing, with each piece in its own foam cavity.
Day and evening
A sculpture by day, a lantern by night
Off, a solid object. On, a diffuser — light scatters through the glass, warmer and softer.
- GlowWarm 2700K bulbs recommended.
- DimmingWorks with standard dimmers.
- ShadowTextured pieces cast soft ceiling patterns.

Pure crystal glass with a faint water-green edge when it thickens. The most reflective option — shows the shape of the element most clearly.

Care
Made to be touched, occasionally
Dust
Soft, dry cloth, every few weeks. Switch off first.
Clean
Lukewarm water, mild soap, dry fully before rehanging.
Avoid
Ammonia and abrasive cleaners — they dull the surface.
Replace
Every element is sold individually — we'll match the colour.
