Bedside & reading

Seated, the bottom of the shade should sit at about eye level so the bulb never shows. A pair on matching nightstands keeps the room symmetrical.

01Overview

Feather lampshade in white or pink sits on a crystal-and-brass base; takes standard E26/E27 bulbs.

A 48cm tall table lamp with a full feather shade that reads as sculptural and soft in equal measure. The built-in switch controls warm or cool light depending on your bulb choice—brightness fills a bedroom corner or living room side table without glare. Check your ceiling height: the shade spreads 35cm wide and works best on surfaces at least 60cm from overhead fixtures.

08Questions

What color bulb should I buy?

Warm white (2700K) softens the feathers and works well in bedrooms. Cool white (4000K) brightens reading areas. Both look good; choose based on the mood you want.

Will the feathers fall out?

No. Feathers are secured to a reinforced frame. Normal dusting with a soft cloth does not cause shedding.

Does this lamp work in the UK, Australia, or Europe?

Yes. Order the variant with your region's plug (UK, AU, or EU). Voltage and plug type are matched at shipment.

How close can this lamp sit to a sofa or bed?

Safe distance depends on bulb heat output. With LED bulbs, 15cm (6″) clearance is typical. Avoid placing directly against fabric. Always check bulb temperature in use.
