The Marlo is a flush mount ceiling light that reads as a soft, sculptural presence—36 cm across, 31 cm tall—casting warm, diffused light without glare. Its ribbed alabaster-style shade suits hallways, bedrooms, and bathrooms where you want traditional charm without fuss. Check your ceiling height: this mounts directly to the fixture box with no chain or stem.

Does this come with a bulb?
No. You'll need one bulb with an E26 or E27 base (standard screw-in type). LED or incandescent both work.
Can I use it with a dimmer switch?
Yes. It's compatible with ordinary dimmers. Pair it with a dimmable bulb for best results.
How do I install a ceiling light fixture where one already exists?
Turn off power at the breaker. Remove the old fixture from the ceiling box. Disconnect the wires (note which color goes where). Attach the Marlo canopy to the box using the provided bracket, connect the wires, and secure the shade. If you're unsure about electrical work, hire a licensed electrician.
What bulb brightness should I pick?
For bedrooms and hallways, a 60W incandescent equivalent or 9–12W LED works well. For task areas, go brighter. Check the shade in daylight first—the ribbed glass diffuses light, so you may prefer a higher wattage than you'd use elsewhere.
