Bedside & reading
Seated, the bottom of the shade should sit at about eye level so the bulb never shows. A pair on matching nightstands keeps the room symmetrical.

01Overview
Brass perforated shade casts dappled light through a walnut wood stem.
This 50cm table lamp sits substantial on a desk or console without dominating the space. Light passes through hundreds of cut-outs in the brass shade, casting moving shadows that shift as you move around the room. Works in living rooms, bedrooms, and offices where you want focused task light plus ambient glow.

08Questions
Do I need to buy a bulb separately?
Yes. The lamp ships without a bulb. Buy any E26 or E27 base bulb up to 60W incandescent (or 15W LED equivalent).
How much light comes through the shade?
The perforations let about 40% of bulb output pass through as direct light; the rest bounces off the brass interior. Darker rooms may feel dim on 40W.
Will the brass tarnish?
Yes, over months to years it will develop a patina. This is normal. You can polish it back to shine or let it age.
What plug type do I get?
