Seated, the bottom of the shade should sit at about eye level so the bulb never shows. A pair on matching nightstands keeps the room symmetrical.

01Overview

A heavy-veined marble hourglass beneath a tailored linen drum.

The Heath Hourglass Table Lamp grounds a room with sculptural presence. Its dramatic hourglass base is shaped from heavily veined natural marble, finished with warm brass accents and topped with a tailored white linen drum shade that casts a warm, layered glow. Choose Bulgari Purple marble or black marble. As a natural stone, every base has its own veining and tone, so no two lamps are exactly alike. It suits a console, a living room side table, a home office credenza, or a nightstand.

07Questions

Is it plug-in?

Yes. It plugs into a standard outlet and turns on and off with the in-line switch on its 150 cm (59") cord — no installation needed.

Will my base look exactly like the photos?

Not exactly. The base is natural marble, so the veining pattern and tone vary from piece to piece — part of what makes each lamp one of a kind.

Bulgari Purple or black marble?

Bulgari Purple marble is bold and warm, with dramatic color on a pale ground. Black marble is deep and graphic, pairing especially well with the brass accents.

What bulb does it take?

It takes one standard E26 or E27 bulb, not included. A warm-white LED around 3000K suits the linen shade; check the wattage limit on the fixture before buying.

How do I care for the marble?

Wipe with a dry, soft cloth only. Avoid water and household cleaners — natural marble can absorb liquids and stain.
