Can I install this myself or do I need an electrician?
This fixture is hardwired, meaning it connects permanently to your home's electrical system. You'll need a licensed electrician or qualified installer. Do not attempt this yourself.
What kind of bulb goes in this ceiling light?
Any bulb with an E26 or E27 base (standard US/EU threads). Choose LED or incandescent in warm (2700K) or cool (4000K+) color. Bulbs are not included.
Will this work with my dimmer switch?
Yes. This fixture is compatible with ordinary dimmers. Confirm your dimmer matches your bulb type (some LED bulbs require dimmable versions).
The finish is reflective—won't I see my reflection in the light?
Yes. The polished chrome bowl mirrors the room and nearby light sources. This is by design. If you prefer a less reflective look, choose the 40cm size or consider an alternate fixture.
