01Overview
Arch-shaped aluminum shade casts focused cone light over dining tables and kitchen islands.
Semi is a 38cm-wide pendant with a distinctive curved metal shade that hangs 18.6cm below the ceiling—substantial enough to anchor a dining area without overwhelming it. The enameled aluminum creates a concentrated, diffused light cone that works hard over work surfaces and table seating. Install it in kitchens, dining rooms, or over task areas; confirm your ceiling is flat before ordering, as sloped ceilings aren't compatible.

What is the shade made of?
The shade is spun and lacquered aluminum, enameled for durability. It's available in black, white, copper, or chrome.
Can I use this with a dimmer?
Yes. Semi is built to work with standard dimmer switches. Use a dimmable bulb to control brightness.
Can I change the cord length?
The standard suspension cable is 150cm (59″). We build custom lengths to order, so you can hang it at the height that suits your ceiling and table.
Will this work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
The standard canopy is built for flat ceilings. We can custom-build a canopy for a sloped or vaulted ceiling—just confirm your roof pitch before you order and contact our support team at support@vakkerlight.com.
Does this plug into a standard outlet?
No. Semi is hardwired to your ceiling electrical box by an electrician. It works with standard household switches and dimmer switches.
