A row of softly marbled silk globes, strung on a slim wood-capped bar.

The Briggs Globe Island Chandelier brings warm minimalism and Japandi calm to a kitchen island or long table. Spherical globes wrapped in white natural mulberry silk, with a soft, marbled texture, line up along a minimal bar finished with solid wood end caps. Choose the linear chandelier in 107 cm (five globes) or 140 cm (seven globes), or a vertical pendant stacked with one, two, or three globes — for an island, a dining table, a breakfast nook, a bar counter, or a great room.

Is this hardwired, or does it plug in?

It's hardwired to your ceiling wiring, with no plug. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician.

Linear or stacked — which should I choose?

The linear bar suits a kitchen island or long dining table: 107 cm for islands of about 150–200 cm (59–79"), 140 cm for 200–260 cm (79–102"). The stacked pendants work alone over a nook or bedside, or grouped at different heights for a sculptural cluster.

Are the globes made of stone?

No. Each globe is natural mulberry silk wrapped over a lightweight molded shell. The silk gives a soft, marbled texture that glows warmly — without the weight of stone.

What bulbs should I use?

Standard E26 or E27 LED bulbs, not included. LEDs stay cool, which is important with silk — avoid incandescent or halogen bulbs. Around 3000K gives a warm glow.

Can the hanging height be adjusted?

Yes. The 150 cm (59") cords can be adjusted during installation. Longer cords are available on request.
